In fact, clients are so interested in recouping their money that Quinn Emanuel has created a tariff refund litigation task force to advise clients on their legal options. Dennis Hranitzky, a partner at Quinn Emanuel, said the firm has been “deluged with inbounds from clients and prospective clients.”
