Donald Trump’s favorite law firm keeps its bonuses firmly squirreled away in a black box, but historically follows the New York prevailing market when it comes to salaries. While most Biglaw firms have kept their powder dry in response to Milbank raising the stakes, we’re hearing that Sullivan & Cromell have taken the plunge and followed the new standard.
The firm announces its compensation changes individually, so we can’t confirm the whole scale matched, but based on early tipsters it seems the firm has followed the scale all the way up.
So, with the full caveat that we can’t say this is accurate for S&C for all classes, we’ll remind readers that this is the Milbank standard:
