— Marc Kasowitz, managing partner and co-founder of Kasowitz (formerly known as Kasowitz Benson Torres), in comments given to Law.com, concerning the firm’s recent spate of partner exits, including co-founder Dan Benson, who decided to start his own firm with two other former Kasowitz partners. “We’ve got an incredibly deep bench,” Kasowitz said. “We’ve got young partners in our firm who have tried a ton of cases [and] they’ve gotten amazing results. Because of our uniquely successful brand and profile, we also have always had, and continue to have, talented lawyers seeking to join us.”
